On Election Day, Obama supporter Faye Bailey woke up before dawn to head to her polling location. Voters feared voting problems in Palm Beach, the center of the 2000 election recount, and anticipated long waits. But after a day of less-than-expected obstacles, Obama supporters cast their votes and declared a historic "victory".
