With the grueling campaign finally over, DNC Chairman Howard Dean and RNC Chairman Mike Duncan appeared at the National Press Club in Washington to give their thoughts on the results. Dean said Barack Obama's victory was a clear mandate, while Duncan called the assertion "preposterous."
